Return Policy

At LebombaGifts, we strive to provide personalized, high-quality products tailored to your needs. Since all items are made to order, we do not accept returns. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work to resolve any issues that may arise with your order.

Remakes and Refunds
In the rare instance that your product does not meet our quality standards, we will review your request for a remake. If the error is on our part, we will gladly send a remake of the item at no additional cost. Please note, refunds are generally not offered. However, in extreme cases such as:

  • Verified instances of credit card fraud
  • Multiple remakes due to issues with the same order
  • Errors directly caused by LebombaGifts or our suppliers

We may offer a refund if absolutely necessary, but it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Remake
To request a remake, please contact us at info@lebombagifts.com with the following details:

Your Name
Order Number
A photo clearly showing the issue
A brief explanation of the problem
Our customer service team will review your request within 24-48 hours. If approved, we will remake the item and send it to you as soon as possible.

Important Considerations

Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the error is the fault of LebombaGifts or our suppliers.

Exchanges (if applicable)

For all exchanges, please contact info@lebombagifts.com and provide them with your order number and reason for requesting an exchange. They will handle your request based on the rules stated in this page.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 2-3 days is normal). If you still have not received your refund after this timeframe, please send us an email at info@lebombagifts.com and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further. 

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team info@lebombagifts.com

If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
